Challenges /Problems Statement
Planning a wedding involves coordinating multiple services, vendors, and timelines, which can be overwhelming, stressful, and time-consuming for brides. Many brides struggle with:
Fragmented services: They have to search for vendors, makeup artists, venues, and other services separately.
Time management issues: Coordinating appointments, availability, and deadlines across multiple platforms is confusing.
Decision fatigue: Comparing prices, quality, and reliability of vendors creates stress and delays decisions.
Lack of guidance: There is no centralized platform offering curated recommendations or a clear planning process.
How the problem arose:
The wedding planning process traditionally requires juggling multiple contacts, platforms, and timelines, making it inefficient and prone to errors. Brides often feel anxious and frustrated trying to manage everything themselves.
User and pain points:
Our target user is a bride-to-be seeking a smooth, organized, and stress-free wedding planning experience. She experiences confusion, stress, and uncertainty while trying to manage multiple vendors, appointments, and decisions simultaneously.
Why this problem is significant:
Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime events, and poor planning can lead to missed deadlines, budget overruns, and an unsatisfactory experience. Addressing this problem can save time, reduce stress, and ensure brides feel confident and in control throughout their wedding journey.
